Bowery & Bash Inc. (“Bowery & Bash”, “we”, or “us”) recognizes the importance of privacy. Purpose
Bowery & Bash is the Party Responsible of Data Handling, will handle your personal data for the following purposes:
- Manage your account as a Bowery & Bash user/client, to identify you and give you access to services available.
- To contact you through email regarding updates or information related to features, products or services and updates, as long as they are needed or reasonable.
- We also use your information to generate aggregated non-identifying data. For instance, generate statistics regarding our users via google analytics.

We will retain your personal data for as long as we have a valid contractual relationship, and after that, for the period determined by any obligations arising from the treatment of the data or as established by law. The duration of which we store your data is for the duration of your services or unless otherwise opted out.

For our customer orders, invoicing and inventory management, we use a third-party service provider: RW Elephant. By accessing or using our Service, you hereby consent to the use of such third-party services, and acknowledge that their practices with respect to your personal information is not governed by this Privacy Policy but is instead governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies:

Marketing & Communications:
We obtain your email to communicate with you regarding your requests, including to send you service updates; to respond to your inquiries and complaints; to provide you with news and newsletters, special offers, promotions, and other information we think may interest you; and for other informational, marketing, or promotional purposes. Our communications with you may include communications via e-mail.
We use Mailchimp to send marketing e-mails to our users who have subscribed to our mailing list, as well as to manage our subscriber list. By subscribing to our mailing list, you hereby consent to our sharing with Mailchimp your name and e-mail address and any other contact information we reasonably request in order to provide this service in integration with Mailchimp, and understand and acknowledge that Mailchimp may collect certain additional information from you in connection with the service they provide, which will be in accordance with Mailchimp’s terms of use and privacy policy. We have taken steps to help protect the personal information we collect. However, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security.
PAYMENT INFORMATION & PROCESSING
Bowery & Bash Inc does not itself process any payments for its services. We do not directly receive any payment information from you and therefore do not store any of your payment information. Instead, any payment information you provide in order to pay for our services is entered directly via RW Elephant’s platform. RW Elephant uses the third-party payment processor, Stripe, to process payments made by our users. By using the Stripe payment services available through RW Elephant, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms and conditions, along with Stripe’s privacy policy, as well as RW Elephant’s terms of use and privacy policy, which require you to consent and authorize RW Elephant to share with Stripe the information you provide to them to the extent required to provide the payment services to you.
